Why Choose Spokes?
How does Spokes compare with advisors, consultants, or internal hires?
- Spokes embeds in the business to own outcomes & drive initiatives vs Advisors who lack context & Consultants who stop working before operations get real.
- Spokes quickly adds value based on experience and proven playbooks vs new hires who need ramp time
- Spokes’ broad experience provides parallels & frameworks vs internal teams who must climb learning curves
- Spokes team of experts scales capacity quickly to meet business need vs internal recruiting & ramping cycles
Does GTM Strategy & Ops include RevOps?
Yes, GTM Strategy & Ops includes traditional RevOps. It's differentiated by:
- Ownership to drive outcomes compared to RevOps teams who often react to the business
- Responsibility to ‘sell’ growth to the organization, packaged as high-level strategy paired with ops evolution.
- Attitude & Altitude where no job is too big or too small for Strategy & Ops to handle.
- GTM (Go-to-Market) engages beyond Sales to coordinate Marketing, Success, Finance, and Product on growth.
We have a fluid, high-growth environment. How will we keep priorities in sync?
-
To stay coordinated, Spokes describes work being done with weekly G/Y/R status updates; context; and recommendations for any decisions or blockers to be addressed.
-
To stay agile, we re-prioritize based on a balance of business needs and the reality that strategic projects take time.
- We scope based on either (a) outcomes or (b) fractional capacity of a team who have built companies and understand success is often created outside the 9-5.
How do you use AI?
AI is a core part of how Spokes works. Its capacity and speed lower the ‘barrier to entry’ for initiatives and fundamentally alter decision-making processes by:
-
Extracting richer insights
-
Running more tests
-
Better pressure testing logic
- Shrinking implementation time
How much do you rely on AI?
AI’s superpower is querying anything. So, its output is generally aligned with historical trends and best practices. For example, when we ask AI for a revenue forecast, it will be based firmly on the historical trends in the CRM and the relevant Slack threads & meeting transcripts it can access. When we ask it for strategy, responses will be in line with published benchmarks and conventional wisdom. Very valuable in most situations.
But when we have high human conviction in pursuing an alternative path, we should leverage AI to boost chances of success.
